Take a refrigerated potato (refrigerated for a minute or two) and then cut it into two slices. Circle both eyes gently with those halves. Make sure that slice covers the puffed area. Leave the potato undisturbed for 15-20 minutes. Repeat the process for a week and you will notice a tremendous change and the circles would diminish in size.
Milky way is the method that should be applied if you are suffering from extremely puffed eyes. Dip the cotton pads in chilled milk and place it on your eyelids for 15-20 minutes.

Chilled Tea Bags
If you are in a hurry and do not want to go with droopy eyes, then use chilled tea bag on your eyes. Moisten two tea bags in cold water and refrigerate them for a while. Place them on your eyes for 20 minutes. Lie back and relax with cool teabags. Now finish by washing your eyes thoroughly. Your eyes would relax and provide comfort . Caffeine constricts blood vessels and reduce swelling. They contain anti irritants which reduce swelling.
Iced water and spoons
Take four spoons and a glass of icy water or chilled water. Put these spoons on a glass and leave it until the spoons become chilled. Now, take two spoons at a time and apply it on the both eyes thus making it hydrated and reducing the effect of heat and dust on the eyes. Keep on repeating the process until you see some improvement. For best results, apply it twice a day.
Take one or two eggs and separate egg white from the yolk. Mix thoroughly the egg yolks. Now, using a brush or your fingers apply the egg white under your eyes. Keep the mixture undisturbed for 20 minutes. Egg white will make skin tighter and less puffy. Now rinse the skin with cold water. The vitamin B content of egg white will regulate circulation help reducing puffiness. Egg white is good for nutrition as well as for beauty.
Green Tea bag
Tea Bag remedy is a trusted home remedy used to remove puffiness and swelling. Green tea contains tannins which constricts blood vessels and pull skin taunt. First of all, take a green tea bag and boil it so that any antioxidant present in tannin is removed. Now let tea bag cool down or refrigerate it for about 15-20 minutes. Lie down and close your eyes. Place a tea bag over each eye for about 10-15 minutes. You will feel your eyes brighter and large in size as compared to former.
You can apply natural eye masks, which do not contain any chemicals and are good for our eyes. These eye masks may be eye mask infused with gel and plant extracts like chamomile, cucumber, mint and aloe. Moreover, you can apply another class of eye masks such as Bindi Mint Eye mask which contain Tulsi as a chief ingredient and mint to sooth our eyes. Make eye pads using black tea bags soaked in warm water and relax for 10-15 minutes. Then apply this Bindi mask and leave it for some time. Gently remove it using eye pad soaked in warm water.

The most important remedy for curing puffiness is to drink as much water as possible. Hydrating reduces puffiness. Aim to drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
